I'm Val Houser, a digital artist and graphic designer. Drawing is my passion and a way of expressing myself in order to inspire others!I started drawing at a very early age. I was constantly inspired by my Mom, who always encouraged me in my artwork. I can’t have a pen or pencil in my hand without drawing. Drawing is my passion and a way of expressing myself in order to inspire others.
My style is cartoonish and semi realistic. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
50% from initial cost per additional character.
Additional fees will be incurred depending on the complexity of the props and additional elements.
For commercial use an additional +100% will be incurred.

TERMS OF SERVICE
The artwork is for personal use only.
Payment is accepted via PayPal only.
If it’s under $60 payment must be paid in full before image is started.
Royalties will apply for commercial use.
The time it takes to finish your commission usually varies between 1-4 weeks.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time, for any reason.
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
I reserve the right to promote myself with it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, galleries etc.)
Note: If you have any objections with this, please let me know beforehand so we can discuss it.You may NOT claim the artwork as your own.
You may NOT feed the commissioned artwork into AI Art Generators.
You may NOT make monetary profits from the commissioned artwork (reselling, redistributing, sharing on POD-services, etc.)
You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes (book cover, promotional art, concept art for projects, cards, etc.)
You may use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc. as long as you credit me).
The commissioned artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist, Val Houser. Once payment is made, the client will have the right to use the artwork for personal purposes as outlined in the Copyright section. The client is granted a non-exclusive license for personal use only, if there is a need for commercial use license, copyright transfer, inform me about it in advance.
PROCESS
Contact me via email (valhousersartwork at gmail dot com), Discord (valhousersart) or through the Contact form to let me know roughly what you’re looking for.
Once accepted, I’ll send you contract and a form to get more information on your commission and make sure we’re both clear on terms.
Payments will be sent through PayPal and then the initial sketch will be sent your way!
Once the commissioned artwork is finished you will receive the unwatermarked, full resolution .PNG version and the watermarked, web friendly .JPEG version via a shared Dropbox link.
You have two free revisions.
1. One medium revision after the lineart (e.g. add/remove/change specific part of the outfit)
2. One very “minor fix” revision after the finished version.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
You are not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.
If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your commission before I start it, you will get a full refund.
I reserves the right to decline commissions that involve explicit or offensive content, or go against my personal values and beliefs.
